3D Designer - Event / Exhibitions - 2026020301

We are looking for a talented and proactive 3D Designer to join our client's dynamic team specializing in BTL Advertising, Exhibition Stand Design, Event Production, and Creative Displays.

The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in conceptualizing and developing creative 3D designs for:

• Exhibition Stands

• Retail Display Units (RDUs)

• Wall Units

• Window Displays

• Mall Activations

• Pop-up Shops and Kiosks

• Event Fabrications

• Creative Installations and Branding Solutions

Knowledge of production materials, construction techniques, and an understanding of fabrication processes is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop 3D conceptual designs, visualizations, and detailed drawings for displays, stands, kiosks, window setups, and retail environments.

• Work closely with the sales and production team to understand client requirements and deliver creative solutions.

• Create detailed fabrication-ready drawings and technical specifications.

• Participate in brainstorming sessions and present creative ideas.

• Adapt designs based on client feedback and production feasibility.

• Ensure designs are innovative, practical, and aligned with brand guidelines.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Proficiency in 3D Software: 3ds Max, SketchUp, Cinema 4D, Blender (any of these)

• Proficiency in Rendering Engines: V-Ray, Corona Renderer, Lumion, etc.

• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD is a major advantage (for detailed technical drawings and production layouts).

• Excellent skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design software for presentations.

• Strong creativity and understanding of space, materials, and structural feasibility.

• Ability to interpret a brief into a practical and visually appealing design.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Industrial Design, Exhibition/Events Design, Architecture, or a related field.

• Previous experience in an Exhibition, Event Production, Signage, or BTL Agency environment.
