Coating Inspector (Aramco Approved) - 2026012003

Are you skilled in leading coating operations for oil & gas pipelines? Can you manage crews, enforce strict safety protocols, and ensure high-quality application of FBE, PU, and epoxy-based coatings? If so, we want you to join our team as a Coating Crew Supervisor for a major international pipeline project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day coating crew operations on-site.
• Ensure surface preparation & coating application meet project and client specifications.
• Allocate manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently.
• Conduct toolbox talks and enforce HSE compliance at all times.
• Maintain accurate records of daily production, equipment use, and material consumption.
• Coordinate with QA/QC inspectors and address non-conformities promptly.
• Ensure adherence to international coating standards and safety regulations.
• Provide technical guidance and on-the-job training to crew members.
• Report progress and challenges to the Site Engineer / Project Manager.

Required Qualification / Experience / Skills:

• 3–5 years of experience supervising coating teams in oil & gas pipeline or infrastructure projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of FBE, PU, and liquid epoxy coating systems.
• Familiarity with HSE protocols and site safety requirements.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, coating specs, and QC standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• GCC or Aramco project experience is a strong advantage.
• Basic English proficiency for site reporting and coordination.

Location: Abqaiq, KSA

Type of Employment: Contract / Full Time

Salary: SAR 6,000 – 6,500
