Are you skilled in leading coating operations for oil & gas pipelines? Can you manage crews, enforce strict safety protocols, and ensure high-quality application of FBE, PU, and epoxy-based coatings? If so, we want you to join our team as a Coating Crew Supervisor for a major international pipeline project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, supervise, and coordinate daily activities of coating technicians.
- Ensure safe and effective execution of coating operations on pipelines, refineries, and plant piping systems.
- Monitor work progress, resolve operational issues, and provide technical guidance to the team.
- Inspect completed work for compliance with quality standards and project specifications.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to maintain high performance levels.
- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and communicate with project management.
- Ensure strict adherence to company safety protocols, policies, and procedures.
- Work hands-on as needed, demonstrating initiative and technical expertise.
Required Qualification / Experience / Skills:
- 3–5 years of experience supervising coating teams in oil & gas pipeline or infrastructure projects.
- Proven supervisory experience in coating operations (pipeline, refinery, or industrial projects preferred).
- Strong technical knowledge of coating application methods, tools, and robotic systems.
- Ability to read and interpret project drawings, specifications, and safety guidelines.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in both onshore and offshore environments.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently and under pressure.
- GCC or Aramco project experience is a strong advantage.
- Basic English proficiency for site reporting and coordination.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in robotic coating systems.
- Certification(s) in coating inspection (e.g., NACE/AMPP, BGAS), Aramco approval preferred.
- Previous international or multi-site project experience.

Type of Employment: Contract / Full Time
Salary: up to SAR 7,000 + FTA
