Responsibilities
- Banking & Cash Management
- Manage personal bank accounts and reconciliations.
- Track financial transactions and cash balances.
- Coordinate with banks on account-related matters.
- Maintain banking records and documentation.
- Investment Portfolio Management
- Monitor investments including bonds, Sukuk, stocks, mutual funds, private equity, and fixed deposits.
- Track maturity dates, dividends, interest income, and capital gains.
- Prepare investment performance reports.
- Liaise with brokers and investment advisors.
- Real Estate Portfolio Management
- Maintain records of land, villas, apartments, and commercial properties.
- Monitor rental income and property expenses.
- Track lease renewals and occupancy status.
- Manage property-related payments and records.
- Credit Card & Loan Administration
- Monitor credit card transactions and payments.
- Track loans, mortgages, and financing facilities.
- Monitor repayment schedules.
- Prepare liability and debt reports.
- Financial Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare personal financial statements and reports.
- Maintain balance sheets and net worth statements.
- Generate cash flow reports.
- Analyze financial performance and spending trends.
- Budgeting & Expense Management
- Prepare personal and household budgets.
- Monitor expenses against budget.
- Track family and household expenditures.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Insurance & Risk Management
- Maintain insurance records and schedules.
- Monitor policy renewals and premium payments.
- Coordinate insurance claims and updates.
- Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain confidential financial records.
- Manage contracts, deeds, certificates, and legal documents.
- Coordinate with banks, auditors, lawyers, and advisors.
- Ensure proper document control and filing.
- Executive & Family Office Support
- Support personal financial planning.
- Coordinate payments and financial commitments.
- Monitor family-related expenses.
- Prepare management reports and summaries.
- Handle all matters with strict confidentiality.
Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of accounting experience.
- Previous experience in Family Office Accounting, Personal Finance Management, Private Wealth Management, or Executive Financial Administration is highly preferred.
- Experience handling personal investments, banking, and asset management will be a significant advantage.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience in preparing financial statements, cash flow reports, and net worth statements.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Fluent in Tagalog and English.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and confidentiality.
- Ability to manage multiple financial portfolios and priorities simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and documentation skills.
