We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive with proven experience in the healthcare, medical clinic, aesthetic clinic, dental clinic, or hospital industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, expanding the client base, and driving revenue growth. Candidates should possess excellent networking, communication, and sales skills with a strong understanding of the UAE healthcare market.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase clinic revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, insurance companies, referral partners, and healthcare professionals.
  • Promote the clinic's healthcare services, wellness programs, and treatment packages.
  • Generate qualified leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, events, and digital channels.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiate commercial agreements.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
  • Prepare business proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
  • Coordinate with medical, operations, and marketing teams to ensure seamless client onboarding.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify business growth opportunities.
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and CRM records.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and business development updates.
  • Represent the clinic at healthcare exhibitions, networking events, and corporate wellness programs.

Must Have

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of Business Development or Sales experience within: Medical Clinics, Medical Clinics, Dental Clinics, Hospitals, Aesthetic, Clinics
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong network within the UAE healthcare industry is highly preferred.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Strong presentation and communication abilities.
  • Ability to identify business opportunities and convert leads into long-term clients.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Excellent English communication skills (Arabic is an added advantage).
  • UAE Driving License is preferred.

What We Offer

Salary 8-10K/month + sales incentives.
