Are you experienced in field joint coating operations in pipeline projects? Do you have hands-on skills in applying FBE, PU, or epoxy coatings and a strong understanding of quality and safety standards? If so, we’re looking for you.
Our US based client is seeking Field Coating Technicians to join ongoing pipeline projects in KSA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing coating applications on welded joints, ensuring compliance with project specifications, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare pipeline surfaces (cleaning, blasting, priming)
- Apply coatings: FBE, PE/PP, Flame Spray, Taper Wrap, liquid coatings
- Operate coating equipment (manual & automated)
- Inspect & repair coating defects (pinholes, cracks, adhesion issues)
- Coating applications shall be internal, external (manual as well as with robotic systems.
- Follow the HSE safety guideline
Must Have
- 3+ years’ experience in pipeline coating / blasting / painting
- Able to read & follow technical drawings/specs
- Transferable Iqama preferred if you are in Saudi.
- Must be willing to relocate to Saudi, if you are not in Saudi.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of corrosion protection & coating standards (NACE, SSPC, API awareness is a plus)
