Blue Hat HR is seeking an experienced and motivated Full Stack Developer to join our client’s team in Dubai.
In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications across the entire software development lifecycle — from front end user interfaces to back-end architecture and database management.
This position requires fluency in both **Russian and English** to collaborate effectively with international teams, stakeholders, and technical documentation.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy full-stack web applications using modern frameworks and technologies
- Build responsive, intuitive front end interfaces using React, Angular, or Vue.js
- Develop robust back-end services and Restful/Graph APIs using Node.js, Python, Java, or similar
- Design and optimize relational and No SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.)
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications
- Implement security and data protection measures
- Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and Agile/Scrum ceremonies
Must Have
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in full-stack software development
- Fluency in Russian and English (written and spoken) — mandatory
- Strong proficiency in front end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/Type Script
- Hands-on experience with at least one modern fronted framework (React, Angular, or Vue.js)
- Solid back-end development experience with Node.js, Python/Django, Java/Spring Boot, or .NET
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Proficiency in database design and management (SQL and/or No SQL)
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and Agile methodologies
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Dev Ops practices and infrastructure-as-code
- Contributions to open-source projects or a strong technical portfolio
- Experience with micro services architecture and event-driven systems
- Experience working in multicultural, international environments preferred
