We are seeking a Russian-speaking Lawyer with strong commercial and contract law experience. The ideal candidate should have minimum 5 years of total legal experience, including at least 3 years of GCC experience. UAE market experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Review, draft, and negotiate commercial contracts.
- Review tenders, tender documents, and related legal requirements.
- Provide legal advice on commercial and contractual matters.
- Identify contractual risks and recommend appropriate actions.
- Conduct legal research and provide legal opinions.
- Review agreements, amendments, and other legal documents.
- Support contract negotiations with clients, vendors, and business partners.
- Ensure contractual terms align with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate legal records and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external legal parties.
Must Have
- Minimum 5 years of total legal experience.
- Minimum 3 years of GCC legal experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Law or equivalent legal qualification.
- Experience in commercial contracts and tender review.
- Strong understanding of GCC legal and commercial practices.
- Commercial contract review and drafting.
- Strong tender review experience.
- Contract negotiation and risk assessment.
- Strong legal research and analytical skills.
- Fluent Russian language skills.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
