Our client is a leading UAE-based specialist in architectural aluminium, glass, façade engineering and metal fabrication solutions with a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility delivering landmark projects across the UAE.
Responsibilities
- Plan daily production and assign tasks to teams.
- Monitor output to meet project deadlines.
- Inspect quality during and after production.
- Manage materials and flag shortages.
- Maintain machines and minimise downtime.
- Enforce 5S, cleanliness, and workplace organisation.
Must Have
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering from a recognized university or a Trade/apprenticeship background (fitter, machinist, glazier) with supervisory experience is also accepted.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the Construction, Contracting, Aluminium, Glass or Façade industry, including experience as a Production Supervisor within Gulf
- Aluminium fabrication, curtain wall systems, glazing, façade installation.
- Aluminium cutting, CNC machining, drilling, and assembly.
- Glass cutting, edging, tempering, laminating, and IGU assembly.
- Surface finishing: anodizing, powder coating, PVDF.
- Reading fabrication drawings and shop drawings.
- Machinery: CNC centres, mitre saws, crimpers, routers, vacuum lifters, cranes.
- Leadership and team communication.
