We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Executive to lead business development activities and expand the client portfolio across Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, facility management services, manpower services, or security services, with a proven track record of achieving revenue targets and building long-term client relationships.

This role is ideal for a highly motivated sales professional who can identify opportunities, generate new business, and drive sustainable revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue targets.
  • Identify, approach, and acquire new clients for security guarding and related services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, contractors, developers, and facility management companies.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
  • Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide regular sales forecasts and reports.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
  • Achieve annual sales targets and contribute to company growth objectives.

Must Have

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of sales/business development experience in UAE.
  • Annual Sales Target: AED 4 Million
  • Experience in Security Services, Facility Management, Manpower Supply, or B2B Service Sales is highly preferred.
  • Strong network within the Dubai business community.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • UAE Driving License is mandatory.
  • Fluent in Malayalam Language preferred
  • Ability to work independently and achieve challenging sales targets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
