We are seeking a skilled Zoho Developer to join our client's team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing, customizing, integrating, and administering Zoho applications to streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain applications using Zoho Creator (Low-Code Platform).
- Customize and manage Zoho CRM modules, workflows, blueprints, automation, and reports.
- Administer and optimize Zoho Projects for project tracking and team collaboration.
- Configure and support Zoho Desk to enhance customer support operations.
- Develop custom functions using Deluge scripting.
- Integrate Zoho applications with third-party systems and APIs.
- Create dashboards, reports, and analytics to support business decision-making.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide end-user support.
- Ensure data accuracy, security, and system performance across Zoho applications.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable Zoho solutions.
- Document system configurations, workflows, and processes.
Must Have
- A bachelor’s degree
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Zoho Development.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Zoho Administration.
- A certification in Zoho Creator.
- Strong hands-on experience with:Zoho Creator (Low-Code Platform), Zoho CRM, Zoho Projects, Zoho Desk
- Proficiency in Deluge scripting.
- Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations.
- Strong understanding of workflow automation and business process optimization.
- Knowledge of database concepts and data migration.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
