Job brief:
We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Manager to plan, execute, and oversee marketing strategies that drive brand visibility, lead generation, and business growth. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on marketing experience across digital and offline channels, with the ability to manage campaigns independently.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns aligned with business objectives
- Manage digital marketing activities including social media, paid ads, email campaigns, and content marketing
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors (designers, agencies, printers, etc.)
- Plan and execute lead generation campaigns and track performance metrics
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective execution
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights
- Oversee branding, promotions, events, and marketing collateral
- Prepare regular marketing performance reports and recommendations
Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a marketing role
- Experience in any industry is acceptable
- Real Estate marketing experience preferred but not mandatory
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms
- Excellent communication, planning, and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns
- Candidates from North India preferred
