Our client is a leading UAE-based specialist in architectural aluminium, glass, façade engineering and metal fabrication solutions with a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility delivering landmark projects across the UAE.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all production activities to achieve daily, weekly and monthly production targets.
- Plan and monitor production schedules to ensure timely completion of fabrication and manufacturing activities.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Project Management, Procurement and QA/QC teams to support smooth project execution.
- Optimize manpower, machinery and material utilization to improve productivity and minimize downtime.
- Review engineering drawings, fabrication details and production plans before manufacturing.
- Monitor production progress and resolve operational issues to maintain project schedules.
- Ensure all products are manufactured in accordance with approved drawings, client specifications and quality standards.
- Implement Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce waste.
- Monitor production costs and recommend cost-saving measures without compromising quality.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, ISO standards and Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) regulations.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly production reports and present operational updates to senior management.
- Conduct regular meetings with supervisors to review production performance, manpower allocation and resource requirements.
Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum 8–12 years of experience in the Construction, Contracting, Aluminium, Glass or Façade industry, including at least 3 years in a Production Manager or a similar role within GCC.
- Strong knowledge of aluminium fabrication, curtain wall systems, glazing, production planning and manufacturing processes.
- Experience in managing production teams, factory operations, manpower planning and resource allocation.
- Good understanding of engineering drawings, fabrication drawings and quality control procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems for production planning and reporting.
- Valid UAE driving license.
