Our client is a leading UAE-based specialist in architectural aluminium, glass, façade engineering and metal fabrication solutions with a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility delivering landmark projects across the UAE.
Responsibilities
- Plan daily site activities and assign tasks to installation teams.
- Monitor progress against project deadlines.
- Inspect quality of installed work (alignment, gaps, sealant finish).
- Coordinate with main contractor, consultants, and other trades.
- Manage material deliveries and storage on site.
- Enforce cleanliness and good housekeeping on the work area.
- Report site issues and resolve installation problems quickly.
Must Have
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering from a recognized university or a Trade/apprenticeship background (fitter, machinist, glazier) with supervisory experience is also accepted.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in façade, glazing, cladding, or aluminium joinery installation.
- 2+ years leading site crews (installers, fixers, sealant applicators).
- Strong knowledge of :
- Curtain wall, window, door, and glazing installation methods.
- Reading architectural and shop drawings.
- Setting out, levelling, and alignment of frames and brackets.
- Anchor bolts, embeds, and interface with main structure.
