Job Brief:
Are you an experienced Senior Storekeeper with a strong background in construction, heavy industries, or large-scale warehouse operations? Do you have hands-on experience managing ERP-based inventory systems and supervising store teams in the UAE or GCC?

This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading construction organization in the UAE, where you will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end store operations, maintaining accurate inventory control of construction materials and equipment, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and coordinating closely with procurement and project teams to support seamless site operations.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records using ERP or inventory management systems
- Conduct regular cycle counts and stock reconciliations
- Receive, inspect, and verify materials against purchase orders and specifications
- Ensure safe, organized, and systematic storage of materials
- Issue materials to site teams based on approved requests and maintain consumption records
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock movement and reporting summaries
- Supervise junior store staff and ensure adherence to safety and operational standards
- Manage documentation including GRNs, gate passes, issue slips, and returns
- Ensure compliance with UAE safety regulations and company procedures
Must Have
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5+ years of storekeeping experience, including at least 2 years in construction or heavy industries within UAE/GCC
- Strong knowledge of inventory control, warehouse operations, and material handling
- Proficiency in ERP or inventory management systems
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi
- Inventory or warehouse certifications (preferred)
