Are you an experienced Night Tool Pusher with a strong background in Drilling industry and having experience in onshore truck mounted jack rigs with 750 HP ? Then you are the one we are looking for.
Our client is a leading Saudi based Aramco contractor working for Aramco projects all over Saudi Arabia. Your responsibility includes supervise rig operations and crew performance, maintain safe, continuous, and efficient rig operations during the night shift.
Responsibilities
- Supervise all night-shift rig activities and personnel.
- Ensure effective handover from the day shift and continuity of the approved operational program.
- Monitor well-control parameters and ensure compliance with operating procedures.
- Conduct toolbox talks, hazard assessments, and shift safety inspections.
- Coordinate equipment repairs, maintenance, and third-party service support.
- Record operational progress, downtime, incidents, and outstanding actions.
- Escalate critical operational, equipment, or safety issues to the Rig Manager.
Must Have
- Minimum High School qualification.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in drilling and work over operations with a demonstrated progression of relevant assignments or prior experience in Saudi Aramco projects as a Tool Pusher.
- Proven experience as a Night Toolpusher or Toolpusher.
- Strong experience in onshore drilling and workover operations.
- Both onshore and offshore experience required, as specified by the client.
- Ability to manage rig crews independently during night operations.
- First Aid certification.
- CPR certification.
- H₂S certification.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
Nice to have
- Experience with onshore truck-mounted jack rigs with 750 HP capacity is strongly preferred.

Rig Site Bonus / day: SAR 100/day
