managing the full spectrum of accounting, statutory compliance, direct and indirect taxation, financial reporting, and financial controls for a US based Oil & Gas company company’s India entity.
The role will work closely with senior management and key internal and external stakeholders, providing timely financial information, technical guidance, and strategic support. The position requires exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills to ensure effective coordination with the Dubai headquarters, global finance teams, auditors, tax consultants, banks, government authorities, and other business partners.
The role will ensure accurate accounting, timely statutory filings, compliance with Indian regulatory requirements, and alignment of India’s financial processes with Company’s policies and reporting standards.
